Japan Services Rent Ltd. are members of the Propertymark Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme. Membership No. C0007787.
A Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme provides reimbursement to landlords, tenants, or other clients in the unlikely event that a member agent misappropriates their rental payment, deposit, or other client funds.
Membership of such a Client Money Protection Scheme has been a legal requirement for all lettings agents in England since 1st April 2019. Membership needs to be renewed annually.
