Japan Services Rent. Ltd are a National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) 'Propertymark Protected' agency for residential sales.

This means that we subscribe to Propertymark's Conduct and Membership Rules. Furthermore, Propertymark require a range of policies and safeguards be put in place to ensure that member agents not only comply with, but also exceed, minimum legal standards for the industry.
