Holding Deposit - One week's rent, taken to confirm interest in a property. Property will be removed from the market on receipt of cleared funds. Funds can be used as a down-payment towards tenancy deposit and/or initial rent if the property is subsequently let to the prospective tenant.

Tenancy Deposit - Five weeks' rent where the annual rent is less then £50,000. Six weeks' rent where the annual rent is £50,000 or above.
