Japan Services Rent. Ltd are an Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) 'Propertymark Protected' agency for lettings and property management.

This means that we subscribe to Propertymark's Conduct and Membership Rules. Furthermore, Propertymark require a range of policies and safeguards be put in place to ensure that member agents not only comply with, but also exceed, minimum legal standards for the industry.
