SERVICE RECOMMENDATIONS

We regularly work with, and can recommend, a wide range of service providers to meet particular needs. These include:

• Contractors (for minor or major works, gas and electrical works)
• Cleaners (for pre or post tenancy cleans)
• Inventory Clerks
• EPC assessors

REFERRAL FEES

Japan Services Rent Ltd. do not charge referral fees to any party when introducing landlords, tenants, buyers, or vendors to any third party service providers.

We do not accept payments or hospitality in exchange for recommending particular services/service providers.

All recommendations are based on our working experience and are made in good faith.

We cannot accept responsibility if any disagreement arises between a recommended service provider and a party we have introduced.
